Data we process and purposes

We process the data provided through the contact form (name, company, email, telephone, country and message) and through the newsletter subscription (email and language), together with the IP address from which the submission is made. The purposes are: to handle the enquiries and requests for information received; to send the newsletter where the user has expressly authorised it; and to maintain and manage the commercial or contractual relationship with customers and suppliers.

Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing is: the data subject's consent, for handling enquiries and sending the newsletter (which may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link); the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures, for managing the commercial relationship; and the legitimate interest of the owner, in order to safeguard the security of the website and improve the quality of its services.

Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship remains in place or until its erasure is requested, and thereafter for the statutory periods laid down for compliance with applicable tax or legal obligations. Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

Recipients

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required or where strictly necessary for the provision of the service (data processors providing IT management, web hosting or courier services, with whom the contracts required by the applicable regulations are in place). The site is hosted on servers managed by IJS GROUP within the European Union.

Your rights

Users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability: by email to ijsgroup@ijsgroup.es, or by post to INDUSTRIAS SARDAÑES, S.L.U., Pol.
