Quality control at every stage of the process
Our philosophy is to deliver OE quality in every reference. The result: a range of the highest technical level and durability at a competitive price, verified at every stage of the process.
100% OEM
We manufacture with the same materials and processes as the original equipment. Many of our new lines are even produced in the same factories as the OE.
100% virgin material
We use nodular cast iron GG25 and 100% virgin aluminium ingot —never recycled material— and PA6.6 glass-fibre reinforced through a dehumidification process. The raw material makes the difference in durability.
Dimensional and hardness control
Every series undergoes dimensional control, including laser dimensional control of the sprockets, and hardness control (HRC and Vickers microhardness) to guarantee original-equipment values.
Life tests
Tensioners and critical components are validated with life tests (Life Test) and pressure tests on 100% of production before leaving the factory.
