From anonymity to our own brand

The article recalls that for years we manufactured private-label products for European distributor brands and worked as subcontractors to equipment manufacturers. That experience gave us the process knowledge and the quality requirements with which we now develop our own branded catalogue, gaining visibility among distributors, buying groups and professional workshops.

The industrial backing

In-house manufacturing capacity is the basis of this growth. We carry out machining, treatment and assembly internally at our plant in Sant Andreu de la Barca (Barcelona), where we have been manufacturing since 1945 to 100% OEM quality criteria.

  • Catalogue: more than 5,700 part numbers across 20 product families and three categories: timing and transmission, engine components, and wheel and brake.
  • Production: more than 1,000,000 units per year across more than 3,000 m² of plant, with 18 robots operating 24 hours a day.
  • Logistics: more than 8,000 m² of warehousing to support service to export markets.
  • Certifications: ISO 9001:2015, EAC certification and technical data published in TecDoc.
  • Markets: 80% of our production is exported to more than 30 countries.
